Submission is open until 15 MAY 2026

Authors are invited to submit a short manuscript (4–6 pages) for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Manuscripts must be prepared using the official IEEE conference templates (DOC or LaTeX).

Submission Workflow

  1. Prepare your manuscript
  2. Validate your PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress
  3. Complete the Author Information Form (Excel)
  4. Submit files by email
  5. Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF)

1. Prepare Your Manuscript

Prepare your manuscript using the official IEEE conference templates. The paper must be 4 to 6 pages long.

2. Validate Your PDF (IEEE PDF eXpress)

  1. Log in or create an account
  2. Enter Conference ID: 65858X
  3. Upload manuscript PDF
  4. Check validated PDF
  5. Click 'Approve'

3. Author Information Form

  • Author names (Full list of authors as in the manuscript)
  • Manuscript title
  • Corresponding author email

  • Validated PDF manuscript
  • Completed Excel form

5. Electronic Copyright Form

After submission, the corresponding author will receive instructions to complete the IEEE eCF.
This is mandatory for publication.
